Complete this form if you are about to graduate this semester. After you complete this form, we will update the PROGRAM END DATE in your I-20 to reflect the updated graduation date (end of the semester).
Part-time enrollment is allowed for students in their last semester. No Reduce Course Load (RCL )request or approval is required.

Do not complete this form if you want to transfer your SEVIS record (I-20) to another U.S. school.
