Welcome to Facilities Planning and Operations
Zeco Krcic is the Assistant Vice President for Facilities Planning and Operation, leading the core facilities teams, including Buildings & Grounds, Campus Planning, Design and Construction, Environmental Health & Safety, and Facilities Capital Grants & Sustainability. His responsibilities include:
- functions of facilities management operations,
- providing for facilities planning,
- space administration,
- construction management,
- facilities maintenance, repair and renovations,
- physical plant management,
- architectural and engineering services,
- campus energy management strategy,
- sustainability efforts,
- external and university partnerships in facilities operations areas
