Other Exhibitions: The Queens College Fashion and Textiles Collection
Fashion and Design Program Director Emily Ripley has staged multiple exhibitions featuring the Queens College Fashion and Textiles Collection. These include The Gift: Queens College Collects at the Godwin-Ternbach Museum, The Queens College Fashion and Textiles Collection and the Kith collaboration for the Queens College Gala, and A Night Out for the QC Alumni Association. Employing the archive and with her students as active participants, she has guided numerous exhibitions on the Queens College campus. Ms. Ripley worked on the exhibitions SuperHeroes, and Model As Muse in the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Arbiters of Taste, and Soul Desire: The Shoes of Christian Louboutin, at the Museum of the Fashion Institute of Technology.
