Looking for events to attend at QC? Looking to join a club or organization? UKNIGHTED is our online engagement platform where students can follow all of the happenings at Queens College from sporting events, parties, club events and so  much more!

 Please note all flyers need to be reviewed by OSDL first before being hung on campus

If you are looking to post flyers on campus they must be reviewed and stamped by OSDL first.  Once you have a space confirmation from Andrea, and an event approval from Uknighted you can come to the OSDL office with one flyer to be stamped and signed by an OSDL staff member.  Our office is located in the Student Union LL23 (the office with the double glass doors) Reminder flyers should only be hung on pin boards in the building.

 

Important information: All event request must be submitted at least 10 days in advance

All clubs who are brining any speaker/performer to campus must submit a bio and a performance agreement. Please submit this information no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. This is required even if the service is free. All documents can be found on the Uknighted Platform.

 

Want to Start a Club or Organization at QC? Here’s What You Need to Do

  1. Have at least 10 QC matriculated students as members (6 general body members and 4 E-board)
  2. All E-board members must be enrolled for each semester they hold office and have a cumulative GPA of 2.0.
  3. Log into Uknighted platform via uknighted.qc.cuny.edu and login using your CAMS credentials.
  4. Access the MOdel Constitution, Statement of Purpose and registration card, located in the Clubs form section of the homepage.
  5. Select “Groups” from the top bar, click “All Groups,” and register new organization.
  6. Fill out the required questions and upload the required documents for approval.
