How to access the CUNY Cap and Gown Survey:

1. 1.  Log into CUNYfirst
   2.   select  STUDENT CENTER
   3.   select  TASKS and HOLDs
   4.   select  GRADUATION SURVEY
   5.   select  “CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE SURVEY”

On the last page, click “Submit”
*You’ll know it is complete when it no longer appears on your graduation checklist*

*Note: Only graduates, and those confirmed as graduating this term, will see the survey in CUNYfirst.
