Queens College provides students, staff and faculty with centrally managed email accounts. Student, faculty and staff email is powered by Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), a cloud-based email system.

The Queens College student e-mail system is a web-based service, provided by Microsoft’s Office 365. This service is a building-block in providing feature-rich set of tools for collaboration using Microsoft cloud-based products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It is available to currently enrolled Undergraduate, Graduate, and Non-Degree registered students only.
Your login name for Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is your CUNYfirst Username followed by “@Qmail.cuny.edu”

Microsoft 365 Outlook is the new cloud-based email system available to Faculty & Staff. Access your email account here using your CUNYfirst Login (first name.last nameNN@login.cuny.edu). Read more here.
MyMail (Legacy Mail)
MyMail is the legacy email system for faculty and staff that were employed by Queens College prior to February 16, 2021. MyMail uses your active directory (AD) credentials to grant access to email. Access it here.
