CETLL’s schedule for November & December:

  • Tuesday, 1 pm – 3 pm
  • Wednesday, 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
  • Closed on December 24, 25, and 31

Faculty can meet with writing pedagogy specialists from:

2 – 3pm on the 2nd Tuesday of every month [September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10]
3:30 – 4:30pm on the last Wednesday of every month [September 25, October 30, December 18]

Please be sure to join at least 30 minutes prior to the end of a session in order to allow us to end sessions at the designated time.

Writing Pedagogy Drop-In Hours

Writing pedagogy specialists Amy Wan and Alwin Harahap are available for drop-in hours in Zoom https://bit.ly/QCxCETLL__Zoom. All faculty are invited to ask any questions about the teaching of writing including assignment design, feedback, communicating disciplinary expectations, assessment, uses of generative AI, classroom activities, and course development.

Faculty can meet with writing pedagogy specialists from:
2-3p on the 2nd Tuesday of every month [September 10, October 8, November 13, and December 10]
3:30-4:30p on the last Wednesday of every month (and 3rd Wednesday in November) [September 25, October 30, November 20]

Additional assistance from ITS

The ITS Service Desk and QCard Office have opened in I-Building, Room 200. This move is part of our commitment to enhancing support services for students, faculty, and staff.

The new location is not just a change of address but a step toward providing better services. The space is equipped with new and updated technology, allowing the expansion of our service offerings to include hardware and software support for Queens College-managed devices. Students, faculty, and staff can now schedule an appointment before visiting the Service Desk, which should considerably reduce wait times as it allows our team of technicians to provide support efficiently and effectively.
