Computer Classroom Lab Reservation Form
for the I-Bldg 2nd floor, Science Bldg A-135, The Learning
Center Kiely 226, Kiely 115, and Powdermaker Hall 2nd Floor labs.
- Paper fax reservation forms will no longer
be accepted under any circumstances.
- Please take note that the number of students occupying the classroom
must not exceed the number of workstations.
- An instructor or teaching assistant must be present during the entire
class time.

- All QC computer lab users must have an Active Directory account.

and complete the media services request form.
- The OCT Computer Lab staff will provide system and hardware assistance
ONLY.
- FOR SOFTWARE THAT IS NOT CURRENTLY INSTALLED IN LABS: Requests must
be placed 12 weeks prior to semester via the online reservation form.
- Software that is currently installed will be removed at the end
of each semester. You must request software each semester.
- Laser printing is available at each facility. Maximum 20 copies
per student, per day.
- NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME IN THE ANY OF THE OCT
COMPUTER LABS.
